Chelsea + Kyle - Rockford Plantation Sunrise Engagement Session
On a warm but beautiful Saturday in September we all arrived early for the engagement session of Chelsea and Kyle at the beautiful Rockford Plantation in Lancaster County Park. I knew arriving on time would be simple enough but when Chelsea and Kyle mentioned that they wanted their 2 year old son Carter in the photos, I wondered how he would do with such an early start. Well, Rock Star would be the best words to describe him. Carter was full of smiles, energy and one of the best little ones I have ever worked with. Capturing images of this family was pure joy.
Chelsea and Kyle have been together for eight years and are about as sentimental as two people could be. I had suggested they bring along their "memory bags" that they both have saved since their first date. The bags were filled with ticket stubs, stuffed toys, love letters and photos. It was so fun to see the joy they both took in remembering some of the fun dates that they have shared.
Chelsea and Kyle will be getting married in a few short weeks and I can hardly wait to be part of their big day. Chelsea's mom has been an intricate part of planning and organizing and has made the process smooth for all involved.
The love that these two have in their eyes when the look at each other is beyond description. I know the wedding images will be as full love as their engagement images... it will be beautiful!
