Shari + Mike | Wedding
Shari, Mike, and Justin became a family on May 1, 2016, at Riverdale Manor, in Lancaster, PA. The weather forecast called for rain but both Shari and Mike had determined no matter what the weather, their day could not be dampened. The rain held off and we were able to capture some great bridal portraits on the beautiful grounds of Riverdale Manor.
Shari and Mike are two of the most fun, loving people anyone will ever meet. Their love for each other is clear from the moment you first meet them. Mike's love for Shari's son Justin is also very apparent and humbling. A beautiful job of including Justin in many of the details of the wedding day was done. Family is very important to Mike, his Father was his Best Man on this big day.
Justin carried in the rings in his own safe and labeled the boxes for the ceremony so there could be no confusion. The glow in his eyes as he gained Mike as a step-dad was precious. He had shared earlier in the morning how excited and nervous he was for the big day.
There was no first look but there was a final touch, and prayer before the ceremony which was touching. Mike worked hard to not peek at his beautiful bride.
After a touching ceremony in the gazebo, a beautiful reception with delicious food stations was enjoyed in the reception room. The guests danced the night away.... It was a beautiful day to watch three lives, become one family.
