Katie met her future husband while standing in a line for ice cream at a car show. Now, not may love stories are sweeter than that! Katie told me how they met and it was clearly love at first sight!
A 2021 wedding was the plan for Katie and Matthew and a in August Katie changed her mind from having a big venue wedding to having an intimate backyard wedding. Her idea was a perfect one. Katie’s family home was the most perfect of backdrops for this intimate ceremony. On a Sunday morning, before a few family and friends, these two said “I Do”.
Matthew’s mom is a childhood friend of mine (starting in Grade K) so capturing these sweet moments for her family made this day extra emotional. It was beautiful to watch my dear friends expression of pure joy as her only child became a married man!
