Karman + Clint | Lancaster County Pa | Engagement Session
The morning of Memorial Day I had the opportunity to capture the engagement session of Karman and Clint at Clint's family farm. We explored the property together which is rich with details and history. We ended the session at an abandoned cow barn on a nearby family farm and to a photographer, we had found the best-kept secret! You will see the barn again in photos!
We had to reschedule this session three times but due to crazy Lancaster County weather! Karman was the most patient of brides as it was disappointing to keep changing the date! Although the day was not a sunny day as Karman had hoped for, it was full of such love, I don't know that sun mattered!
Karman met Clint through his sister Megan who had become one of Karman's dear friends (practically sisters in Karman's words). One day while visiting her friend Meagan, she noticed a photo of the entire family and was a bit taken by how attractive Megan's brother was. Clint was out west on harvest and while on a break back to Lancaster, his sister insisted he calls this sweet girl named Karman. He eventually built the nerve to call her .. she, however, did not recognize the number and didn't take the call! The following day she called the number back, they had a first date and the rest is history.
On Christmas Day of last year, Clint tightly wrapped a package with the words "Marry Me" inside. Once Karman had put the words in the correct order, she realized that Clint was on one knee with a ring in hand and the most magical question that can ever be asked... "Will you Marry Me?"
I look forward to a beautiful, country summer wedding with these two sweethearts!
