Lindsey + Matt | Springside Barn - Lancaster County | Wedding
The start of wedding season is always a time filled with excitement, new energy and ideas, and such joy. When it's your niece that is the bride, it is filled with all of those things times 100. Being part of this amazing day was so honoring and to watch these two amazing souls become one before God, family, and friends left me speechless. The ceremony was made personal with the writing of their own vows, and the story of their journey to find each other. The ceremony was also very honoring to Matt's father who passed a number of years ago, but hearing the impact he had on so many lives was just beautiful.
The ceremony was held at Lindsy's church, Christian Fellowship and the reception followed at Springside Barn in East Earl. The barn and grounds were where Lindsey and Matt both got ready for the big day. We did the sweetest Bride - Daddy reveal which had my eyes tearing up. Lindsey's dad then walked her to her first look. This is the first time I had a Dad walk his daughter to the first look and it will not be the last. Their final moments together were precious. Lindsey boldly walked the last few steps alone to her waiting groom and his response to his bride was amazing! I think I may have seen a tear but I know I saw complete joy! He told me a number of times later during portraits just how beautiful he thought she was. And she was! Lindsey was glowing the entire day.
With family and friends from near and far, they celebrated and danced the night away! The evening was topped off with a sparkler send off.
