Amber + Matthew | Melhorn Manor Lancaster PA | Wedding
The first time I met Amber and Dr. Matthew was in 2019, pre-COVID. Both work at Hershey medical and finding a time to schedule their engagement session was a challenge with their very busy work schedules.
Fast forward to the Spring of 2020 and COVID changed everything. It put these two in the front lines of the medical crisis and it made wedding planning very challenging. We talked back in May as there was a very strong possibility that the wedding may be postponed. We spoke at the beginning of June and there was an even stronger chance that the wedding was going to be canceled. Two weeks later Amber called me and told me the wedding was off. The venue they had chosen was simply not going to work due to the new CDC regulations. I begged for 24 hours to find a venue that would allow Amber and Dr. Matt to have a small micro wedding and not loose their beautiful Wedding day.
Along came Melhorn Manor. Allory and Jess went above and beyond to accommodate and work to pull together a wedding in 17 days! While the guest list was drastically cut down, the celebration was no less amazing and filled with love! The look in Amber’s eyes when she looks at Matt, well it made all the hard work to pull this off worth it all.
