Pinnacle Overlook Holtwood PA Spring Engagement Session

With the forecast calling for cloudy skies and potential rain, we took a chance and ended up with sunny skies and sunset!! The evening was perfect for time together with Emily and Dan and Dan’s sweet daughter on Saturday evening.
Whenever a bride or groom has a cherished memory, or spot that we can capture sessions at or incorporate into the session, I am ALL in! When Emily told me she wanted to do photos with her Grandfather’s favorite truck, we headed to her home for the start of their session. Emily’s precious Grandfather passed away when she was young but his memories remain. Her family was there to help make the truck sparkle and to share stories with me about their memories. Grandpa’s hat remains on the dash at the same place he last placed it. The truck was my favorite shade of blue and was the perfect backdrop.
We then headed to Pinnacle Overlook as well as a friend’s home to take some additional photos. These two will be married later this year and I look forward to spending time with them both again and laughing even more!!
